Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NeuralVerge Inc. (“NeuralVerge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit neuralverge.ai, request our content, contact us, use the NeuralVerge platform, or when your information is included in our intelligence datasets (together, the “Services”).
1. Who we are
NeuralVerge Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA and is the controller of the personal information described here. Registered address: 228 Park Ave S, PMB 85451, New York, NY 10003, USA. Privacy contact: Denis Khromov, denis@neuralverge.ai. We currently offer the Services to business customers and users in the United States and do not target the EEA or UK.
2. Scope
This policy covers (a) our website and marketing activities, and (b) personal information about individuals that we process to provide our business and personal intelligence Services, including individuals who are not our customers or users (Section 7). Where we process personal data on a customer’s behalf as a processor within the platform, that processing is governed by our customer agreements and Data Processing Addendum rather than this policy.
3. Information we collect
a. Information you provide — lead/contact details from forms and demo requests: first name, last name, work email, company name, job title, and any message; account and billing details when you subscribe; and the content of communications you send us.
b. Collected automatically — when you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, in server logs used to deliver and protect the site. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on neuralverge.ai (see our Cookie Policy).
c. From third parties and public sources — to build and maintain our intelligence datasets, we collect information about individuals and companies from publicly available and third-party sources, such as public social media and professional networks, public web pages, and other publicly available online sources worldwide. This may include names, professional profiles, employer, role, business contact details, and other publicly available business information (see Section 7).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only strictly necessary cookies on neuralverge.ai — set by our hosting and security providers to deliver the site, balance load, and prevent abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, do not load tag managers or advertising pixels, and therefore do not operate a cookie consent banner. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
5. How we use your information
Respond to inquiries and deliver requested content/demos; provide, secure, and improve the Services; provide intelligence outputs to customers; send marketing (with opt-out); measure and improve our site, content, and campaigns; deliver, target, and measure advertising; and comply with law.
6. Our grounds for processing
We process personal information to provide, secure, and improve the Services and to fulfill your requests; for our legitimate business interests, including marketing, analytics, security, and providing business intelligence (see Section 7); with your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies and certain marketing); and to comply with legal obligations. You can opt out of marketing and, where applicable, object to certain processing (Section 9).
7. Intelligence data about individuals
Our Services provide business and personal intelligence compiled from publicly available and third-party sources. Where we determine how and why that information is processed, we act as a controller.
Sources. Primarily publicly available information from social media and professional networks, together with public web pages and other openly accessible online sources, collected worldwide.
Purpose and legal basis. We process this information for the legitimate interests of NeuralVerge and our business customers in conducting due diligence, business research, risk assessment, and professional outreach in a business-to-business context. We do not intend to process special category data or data about the private lives of individuals outside a professional/business context, and we apply measures to limit the data to what is relevant for these purposes.
Your rights. Individuals included in our datasets can access, correct, or request deletion of their information, and can object to processing, by contacting denis@neuralverge.ai (Section 9). We honor objections and deletion requests as required by Applicable Data Protection Law.
Not a consumer report. Our intelligence outputs are not “consumer reports” and are not intended to be used to make decisions about an individual’s credit, employment, insurance, housing, or eligibility for a benefit under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. Permitted and prohibited uses are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. How we share information
We share personal information with the service providers and sub-processors we use to run the Services, under written contracts; a current list is at our Sub-processors page. Representative categories:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Platform hosting, database, storage, authentication |
| Anthropic, OpenAI, Google | AI model inference for intelligence outputs |
| Stripe | Payments and billing |
We may also disclose personal information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Sale of personal information. Our intelligence Services make information about individuals available to business customers in exchange for payment. Under the CCPA/CPRA and comparable U.S. state privacy laws, that is a “sale” of personal information, and we describe it as such rather than relying on a narrower reading. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16. You can opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or as described in Section 9.
9. Your privacy rights
California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws: rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and, where applicable, to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may have comparable rights.
Right to opt out of sale. As explained in Section 8, we sell personal information as that term is defined under U.S. state privacy laws. You may direct us not to sell yours. To do so, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email denis@neuralverge.ai with the subject “Do Not Sell”. No account is required, there is no charge, and we honor GPC signals where legally required.
To exercise any other right — including objecting to or requesting deletion from our intelligence datasets (Section 7) — email denis@neuralverge.ai. We verify and respond as required by law; authorized agents permitted where applicable.
10. Where we process data
NeuralVerge is based in the United States and processes personal information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S.
11. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. As general guidance: account data is kept for the term of your subscription and up to 90 days after it ends; marketing and lead data until you unsubscribe or after about 24 months of inactivity; billing and transaction records for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements; intelligence data about individuals for as long as it remains relevant and accurate, subject to objection and deletion; and backups are cycled out within about 90 days.
12. Marketing choices
Opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing denis@neuralverge.ai. We may still send non-promotional messages about your requests or account.
13. Children’s privacy
Our Services target business professionals and are not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No transmission or storage is completely secure.
15. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
