Sub-processors
NeuralVerge Inc. engages the third parties listed below to process personal data on our behalf in order to provide the Services. Each is bound by a written contract requiring it to protect that data, consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. This list is Annex III to the Addendum.

What is not on this list, and why
Our website and application front end are served by a hosting and DNS provider that delivers static files and does not process personal data submitted to the Services; requests from your browser reach our platform directly. We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers on neuralverge.ai, so no analytics or advertising provider receives data through this site — see our Cookie Policy. Where you run our software on a third-party marketplace or automation platform, that platform processes the results under its own agreement with you and is your processor rather than ours.
Changes and notifications
We may update this list as we add or replace sub-processors. Where you have an active subscription, we will give at least 30 days' notice of the addition or replacement of a sub-processor, as set out in Section 7 of the Addendum. To be notified of changes, email denis@neuralverge.ai and ask to be added to our sub-processor update list.
