Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

NeuralVerge provides business and personal intelligence compiled from publicly available and third-party sources, and makes that information available to business customers in exchange for payment. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable U.S. state privacy laws, that is a “sale” of personal information. This page explains how to opt out.

Your right to opt out

If you are a resident of California or of another U.S. state with a comparable privacy law, you may direct us not to sell your personal information. You do not need an account to make the request, we will not charge you for it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising the right. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to submit a request

• —Email — write to denis@neuralverge.ai with the subject “Do Not Sell”. Include the identifiers we would need in order to recognise you: your full name, plus any email address, phone number or LinkedIn profile URL the request should cover. We use these identifiers only to process and honour the request.
• —Global Privacy Control — we honor GPC browser signals where legally required.
• —Authorized agent — an agent may submit a request on your behalf where the law permits; we may ask for proof of their authority and may ask you to verify your own identity directly.

How we handle your request

We take reasonable steps to verify that a request comes from you or your authorized agent, and we may reply to the address the request came from to confirm it. If we need more detail to identify you, we will ask. Anything you send us for this purpose is used only to process the request. We acknowledge and act on requests within the time required by applicable law.

Deletion, access and objection

Opting out of the sale of your information is separate from asking us to delete it, to correct it, or to stop processing it altogether. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in Sections 7 and 9 of our Privacy Policy, and can be exercised at the same address.
