Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the website, platform, AI agents, intelligence outputs, and related services (the “Services”) provided by NeuralVerge Inc. (“NeuralVerge”, “we”, “us”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and any customer agreement. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time; the current version is posted here.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for ensuring that everyone who uses the Services through your account complies with this AUP and Applicable Data Protection Law. You must have a valid legal basis and, where required, appropriate notices or consents for your use of any personal information in connection with the Services.

2. Permitted use

The Services are intended for legitimate business purposes, including business research and enrichment, due diligence, risk and compliance assessment, fraud prevention, and professional (business-to-business) outreach, in each case conducted lawfully and proportionately.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services, or any data obtained through them, to:

  • Break the law — violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or third-party rights.
  • Make regulated eligibility decisions — determine an individual’s eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing, education, or another benefit, or for any other purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar consumer-protection or credit laws. Our outputs are not “consumer reports” and must not be used as such.
  • Discriminate — target, profile, or make decisions about individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, health, age, union membership, or other protected characteristics, or otherwise in a way that is unlawfully discriminatory.
  • Harass, stalk, or endanger — stalk, harass, threaten, dox, surveil, or facilitate harm to any individual, or use the Services in connection with domestic abuse or intimate-partner monitoring.
  • Conduct unlawful surveillance — carry out surveillance or monitoring in violation of privacy, wiretapping, or data-protection laws.
  • Re-identify or de-anonymize — attempt to re-identify individuals from de-identified or aggregated data except as expressly permitted.
  • Scrape or overload — scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Services except as we expressly permit, or interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services.
  • Compromise security — attempt unauthorized access to the Services, other users’ data, or related systems; probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization; or introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer or resell — reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative datasets or competing products from the Services, or resell or redistribute the Services or their outputs, except as expressly permitted.
  • Spam or deceive — send unlawful, unsolicited, or deceptive communications, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of a communication.
  • Process sensitive or high-risk data — submit special category data, or data about minors, except where expressly agreed in writing and subject to additional safeguards.

4. Data about individuals

When the Services provide information about individuals, you must handle it fairly and lawfully, use it only for the permitted purposes above, keep it secure, honor individuals’ privacy rights and any objection or deletion requests, and not retain it longer than necessary.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Services, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of your agreement.

6. Reporting abuse

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, or to raise a concern about how your information is used, contact denis@neuralverge.ai.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time; the updated version is posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
