Integration

How to run it

The same lookup works from the app, the API, or as a tool an agent can call mid-task.

One record per request. Results come back in the same envelope as every other source: a session id, a readable summary, the structured result and the points charged.

curl -X POST https://api.neuralverge.ai/functions/v1/run-dealroom-investors \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"investor":"500-global"}'
Use cases

What teams use it for

Where this field shows up in an actual workflow.

Fundraising targeting

Read an investor's stage mix, sector focus and recent activity before approaching them.

Portfolio overlap

Check biggest holdings and market map to see where an investor already has a position.

Fund benchmarking

Compare rank, unicorn counts and exits across investors you follow.

Co-investor discovery

Use the similar investors list to widen a target list.

Coverage & limits

Coverage, freshness and limits

What this source covers, how fresh it is, and where it stops.

Coverage

Dealroom records with a public page.

Freshness

Read at request time, so the answer reflects the platform as it stands when you ask.

Handling

This source returns information Dealroom shows publicly. Every response carries the session id you can trace.

What it will not do
  • —Holding values and stakes are as Dealroom states them, many of them estimated. Check the label before using a figure.
  • —Some fields are null for venture firms, such as reported assets and pension details, which relate to other investor types.
  • —key_people lists named individuals with role and photo link. Use them as the platform states them; the page does not profile anyone.
